As you may have noticed, we have just undergone a major site upgrade. However, one thing still in the works is the software which will permit client comments and product reviews. We hope to have that up and running in the near future. In the interim, we have posted some of our review pages and a few client letters below.

Dear Alex Kabbaz,

I wanted to complain about the products you offer on your web site. Having tried your products, I have been compelled to throw away many of the accessories that I had accumulated prior to discovering your site, so they may be replaced by your wares.

Actually as you can probably tell, I love what I have purchased from you, and I wanted to thank you. It is a pleasure to do business with people who hold quality paramount. While your shirts are beyond my means at the moment, you have turned me onto custom shirts, and I hope to one day be able to have you as my tailor in the future.

I just ordered a second set of Zimmerli (this time the pure comfort series) and must say that the fabric is ineffably soft and smooth -- and even more so after a run in the washer. It is truly wonderful stuff and wanted to thank you for carrying it.

Also, I was wondering whether you carry the Richelieu boxers. I ask because I did not see them on your site, so I tried to order them from adifferentsite.com. I should emphasize "tried", for I ordered from them, even when they tried to correct the order, plain broadcloth boxers. Alas! It would seem that not everybody's customer service is up to yours!

Hi Alex,

My order arrived today. I've never seen socks and a pair of underpants packed so beautifully! Thank you.

 The sample briefs fit just fine. I will wear and wash them a few times before I decide whether to order more. I gather I should wash in cold water and hang dry? Assuming I care for them this way how do they hold up? I must say they seem quite delicate. I would need to get a reasonable life out them at this price.
