Domestic U.S. Shipping: We pay domestic shipping on orders over $139. 3-Day Super Saver, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipments are available at the charge shown on the chart below. If you wish it, and if it is available in your area, we can ship for Saturday delivery. USPS shipping (UPS Surepost) is also available if desired at a flat additional charge of $15.25 per shipment for shipments under $500 total merchandise. Over $500 we ship UPS domestically or DHL internationally only.
We ship internationally to Canada, U.K., Europe, Japan, Australia & New Zealand, the Middle East, Central & South America, Asia and the Pacific islands at the flat rate charges shown on the Shipping Chart below. The number of items you are ordering - whether 1 or 100 - is not an issue. At the present time we do not ship to Antarctica, North Korea, Iran, Gaza, and Cuba. If your country charges duties or VAT - and most do - these must be paid by you at the time of delivery. International shipments require a destination telephone and e-mail address. International Shipping is via DHL. We shall not, under any circumstances, include an invoice with an international shipment for anything less than the actual price paid for the order.
Transit Times: Domestic UPS Ground shipments require 1-7 days depending upon Zip Code. UPS Domestic Air shipping is usually rather reliable. USPS shipments (including Express Mail) generally arrive when they get there - more specific requires a crystal ball. DHL International shipments have, in our experience, never taken longer than 12 days and usually arrive in 3-4 days. There is no common carrier these days which guarantees their delivery times. About the best they do is offer to give back your overcharge if they do not make their commitment. Sad state-of-affairs, but we cannot therefore guarantee an arrival date. If a specified and paid for arrival date is not achieved and you notify us by e-mail, we shall refund your shipping overcharge.
All Orders: A confirmation e-mail containing complete tracking information will be sent upon shipping and an invoice will be included with your order. We track DHL and UPS shipments to ensure their arrival and, at times, will ask you for an e-mail confirmation of receipt.

International Postal and Express Mail Services: We gladly ship worldwide via the Postal System. Delivery time for postal shipping varies from a few days to a few weeks. We have absolutely no control whatsoever over the package, its location, or its time in transit. Postal mail tracking is spotty, at best.

Stocked Merchandise: ALL products shown on our site, except for those noted as Special Order or Custom Made, are fully stocked here in our shop. Orders received by Noon Eastern are shipped same day except between Thanksgiving and Christmas when the cut-off time is 7am. Should any item on your order be temporarily out-of-stock, the missing item will be shipped upon arrival, normally within a few weeks at the outside, at no further shipping cost to you. Please allow up to seven business days for U.S. Domestic (UPS) ground shipments. Should the maker be out-of-stock on any particular style or size for any reason (as sometimes occurs during busy seasons) we shall inform you at once as to the expected shipping date and you may await arrival or rethink your order. It is the nature of top-quality clothing that it is crafted slowly. At times there is a higher than usual demand for a particular item and the artisan runs out. It can then require a few weeks to make more. If we are aware that a particular item will be out-of-stock for more than a few weeks, we shall inform you a.s.a.p. and offer you the opportunity to either select a similar item or to have us refund that part of your order.
At times, we have wonderful items and/or special colors which are not normally available. Once you place an order, we shall inform you of this availability regularly via our Sartorial Excellence Newsletter which also contains major feature articles about top quality clothing. If you prefer not to receive Sartorial Excellence, please use the 'remove' button on your first issue.
Please remember that underwear and pajamas which contain a crotch ... and socks which have been tried on ... which touches the skin are not exchangeable by law. Should you be unsure of your size, please request a free protective disposable brief to wear under the try-on. If the tag has been detached from socks we cannot accept it for return or exchange.
Payment/Shipping Information: Mastercard / Visa / AmEx / PayPal / Discover / Apple Pay / Bitcoin / Diners / JCB: In-stock items ship in our usual same-day timeframe as long as payment confirmation is received from the processor by Noon Eastern time Note that certain processors sometimes take significant time after your submission to inform us that an order has cleared. Until that transpires we cannot ship.
Money order / Cashier's check / Personal check sent by mail: In-stock items will ship ten business days subsequent to our receipt of the payment instrument (unless dishonored by the paying institution).
Please note: We are a small, top-quality-oriented Mom & Pop shop. Though we strive to do our best, we cannot always guarantee same day shipping even for those who elect to pay for 2nd Day or Next Day Air. Should you have paid for expedited shipping and we fail, we shall refund your shipping charge overage. Free Shipping to the 48 States is via UPS Ground or the Post Office if you supply only a P.O. Box and usually requires from two to seven days from the day we ship your order. Any damage claims must be made within five days of receipt.
Minimum Order: The minimum order for free shipping is $139. Given that a UPS shipment is now averaging just over $16 when all costs are considered and the fact we pay for shipping, it is not economically feasible for us to pay shipping for orders below $139. Should you want to purchase one of our items which does not meet this free shipping minimum, there are various cost options at Checkout depending upon your shipping address.
